Dress Up 2010 March Spanky does Mardi Gras

Hello Peeps.

The pattern Spanky used was just the basque from this template.
Everything else gets revealed then hidden again as one walks.

Now I did offer to sew some sequins onto some granny knickers for Evangeline to cover her modesty but the pair of them just laughed at me. Just LAUGHED at me.
Evangeline said she would be going commando unless it was really cold and then she would wear a thong for warmth.

I felt obliged to tell her not to come running to me if she catches a cold, but in retrospect I hope that is all she catches. Young people today, I don't know ;-)

Click on the pictures to make them bigger, although that will not make the outfit less skimpy I'm afraid.

At least wearing her mask no one will recognise her by her face.

Just a minute; what have we here, hiding amongst the gowns in progress?

A hottie guy who is obviously lurking about hoping for a sneak peak at Evangeline in her Mardi Gras outfit.

Hmmm looks pretty hauwt, lets have a closer look.

Maybe there IS something to be said for not wearing Granny Knickers after all.

Margaret's Dress Up challenge sure draws in the Stud Muffins as well as the Feed Dogs. (Mwaha)
Did I mention how clever Margaret is?

Happy Creating
Gini

Love the dress, you can only tell those crazy kids so much and then they are on their own. That said, perhaps she'll rake in the beads wearing this lovely creation!

And as for the hooootttt naughty boy, well, there's always an appeal about a bad boy! lol

You're so funny Gini! Love the sparkly dress - I would have looked some more, but you've totally distracted me with the picture of the 'hottie' - what's he hiding underneath the blue bodice - his own granny knickers I wouldn't be surprised!!!

it must be warmer in Shropshire than it is here, a thong wouldn't keep ANYONE warm where I live. You can tell Evangaline that the next time she pooh-poohs one of your ideas. The dress is SPECTACULAR!!!! Good to see you comin' up for air!!

Hi Gini
The dress is gorgeous - the colours are fabulous, and as always your story makes me LOL! Personally, I like BIG nickers of the Sloggi variety - these are much-needed "up North" and the elastane content is useful when one goes out for a mega meal. Love the fit fella by the way!
Lots of love, Sylvia xxxxxx

If I could find the Hottie Guy I'd be brave and grab him and see what if any Kegs he was wearing, to appease you lots curiosity of course, never my own. *cough*
But he has disappeared, fickle or what, fingers crossed he pops up again in the future.
